The most heart pounding a cappella group at NYU, the N'Harmonics forge tight harmonies, screlt unwritten riffs, and redefine a cappella. Our vocal band encompasses all sounds ranging from classic rock to pop to jazz. When you listen to the N'Harms, you can expect seriously tight harmonies, waterfall riffing, whistle tones that only dogs can hear, ungodly bass notes, insane beatboxing, and terribly high belting, among a slew of other vocal acrobatics. Arrangements include pieces based on the music of The Allman Brothers, Emily King, Chet Faker, Kimbra, Whitney Houston, The Dirty Projectors and Kyrstal Warren (to name a few). Founded in NYU's Tisch School of the Arts in 1997, our alumni have been seen and heard on GLEE, as well as on Broadway and national tours including American Idiot, Anything Goes, West Side Story, Wicked, Mamma Mia, Hair, Spring Awakening, and Bring it On!
