Public Forum Drama Club: No Villain by Arthur Miller

Martinson Theater

Monday, May 2, 2016

Member tickets: $25
Non-Member tickets: $35 + fees

Public Forum’s Drama Club series returns with a very special debut: a ‘lost’ play by Arthur Miller, entitled NO VILLAIN, written when he was just a sophomore at University of Michigan. NO VILLAIN shows a playwright coming into his own, grappling with the issues of labor and society as well as displaying the intra-family relationships that would come to define his entire body of work. Join a cast of celebrated actors and thinkers, including Alessandra Baldacchino, Francois Battiste, Dr. Enoch Brater, Brandon J. Dirden, Santino Fontana, Peter FriedmanWendy C. Goldberg, Hugh Kennedy, Judith Light, James Surowiecki, Frank Wood, and more, for a night of discovery, entertainment, and Marxism in Miller’s still-timely play.
