Noche Flamenca, whose vitality, energy and passion have won accolades around the world, returns for a special limited engagement filled with spectacular dancing, cathartic song, and virtuosic guitar.  Noche Flamenca maintains the essence, purity and integrity of one of the world's most complex and mysterious art forms, creating powerful performances that radiate off the intimate Joe's Pub stage.  Founded in 1993 by artistic director Martin Santangelo and his Bessie award-winning wife Soledad Barrio who was honored with a 2015 Dance Magazine award, Noche Flamenca is hailed for its authentic performances of one of the world's most complex and mysterious art forms.

Intimo will be a series of intimate theatrical vignettes expanding the boundaries of traditional flamenco. Pieces will include new solos from young, new performers including Carlos Menchaca, Marina Elana and Robert Wilson.

Lineup Subject to Change

Musicians will include long-time Noche Flamenca guitarists Eugenio Iglesias and Salva de Maria, cajon player David Rodriguez and electric bass and guitar player Hamed Traore + two singers.
