Smithfield was founded in 2011 with a dream as big as their home state of Texas. Comprised of vocalists Trey and Jennifer, Smithfield took the stage by storm with their memorable music and stunning harmonies. Having grown up together, their on-stage chemistry is undeniably genuine and natural.
Country duos are a unique breed in the music industry. Two voices have to blend perfectly together, and that combination is often hard to find, even in two great singers. Against all odds, the duo has continued to persevere with their music and develop their sound, and found that with a lot hard work and passion that anything can be accomplished. After only one year in Nashville, Smithfield had already landed opening gigs for established artists including Kane Brown, Scotty McCreery, Granger Smith, Dustin Lynch, Brothers Osborne and Old Dominion.
Mixing the heavily rock influenced background of Trey and the classical country tendency of Jennifer, Smithfield creates a contemporary country sound that's different and compelling.
New York’s own emerging artist Carolyn Miller has been performing professionally since the age of eight. A graduate of the Boston Conservatory at Berklee College of Music, Miller is a veteran member of SAG/AFTRA/AEA and has celebrated an impressive career over the years in not only film and TV, but also on stage and through voice-overs and commercials. She released her debut EP, Unbreakable, this past summer independently. Featuring five songs written by hit songwriters (including Shane Stevens - "American Honey”), the collection of music showcases her undeniable talent and is proof of her passion and determination. Influenced by country-pop artists like Carrie Underwood and Faith Hill and along with pop icons Kelly Clarkson and Adele, Miller has taken her own big, powerful voice to create her own style that captures the true essence of country-pop. With Unbreakable, Carolyn Miller’s hard work is already beginning to pay off. The EP peaked during pre-order at #7 on iTunes Country charts and has had radio play on major FM/AM radio stations around the Northeast.
