About The Kyle Lacy Band

Kyle Lacy is a singer and multi-instrumentalist originally from Atlanta, Georgia. He was born in 1990, however, his time machine made a quick refueling stop in 1956 and immediately infected him with the DNA that gave birth to Rock’n’Roll. Try as he could to escape those roots, he only made stops for the soul of Sam Cooke and Aretha Franklin, the soul folk of Van Morrison, and the swing of Brian Setzer.  He tours tirelessly and his band delivers the kind of Rock’n’Roll excitement that the emusic world has needed for decades. He also has cheekbones for days and hair that Elvis stole (remember that time machine?). His new record, Bad Days, produced by Billy Aukstik (Charles Bradley & His Extraordinaires, Sharon Jones, Mark Ronson) of Dala Records, explores those influences in a warm, analog musical landscape. The Gospel-influenced “Believe In Tomorrow” will be his next single, out Dec. 6 on Dala.
