The Tall Pines:
"The Tall Pines are equal parts soul and twang, molasses and moonshine, sass and skill. The songs evoke the heyday of the country-soul hybrid without ever sounding unoriginal, a difficult feat.”
~ Meredith Ochs: NPR

The Tall Pines are a shack-shakin’, foot stompin’ duo – Connie Lynn Petruk & Christmas Davis – who weld together their love of garage-rock, southern-soul, classic-country, dirty-blues and drive-in-movie aesthetics, to create a unique world that reflects their own original style. The Tall Pines have performed live on bills with Steve Earle, Nikki Lane, Alejandro Escovedo, Norah Jones’ “Puss N Boots” band, Tav Falco’s Panther Burns, Justin Townes Earle, Charlie Louvin, and many other legends. The Tall Pines put on a whirl-wind of a live show, with Connie Lynn singing and playing drums on an old alligator skin suitcase, and Christmas conjuring greasy, fuzz drenched riffs from his guitar while howling and growling along. With a variety of singles available for streaming, and their vinyl only LP Skeletons of Soul, The Tall Pines create road-trip music for everyday life, juke-joint pit stops, and out of body experiences. We hope that you'll join us for the ride.

Cliff Cash:
Cliff Cash is nationally touring standup comic who’s been featured in/on Comedy Centrals UpNEXT, Standup NBC, DRYBAR Comedy and more. His album Halfway There spent a week at #1 on the iTunes comedy chart. Cash is a full time nomad trying to see every national park during his time touring the country and performing. Raised on the far right end of the southern, conservative, evangelical spectrum, Cliff evolved into the antithesis of those roots. He now does radical things like believing in equality and science. His standup tackles everything from racism and homophobia to greed, death and divorce. Cash shines the light of levity into the darkest corners because laughter really is the best medicine. Cliff hopes so anyway because he doesn’t have health insurance.

Eric Ambel and Mary Lee Kortes:
With rock and roll credits spanning punk to pop, the duo of Eric Ambel and Mary Lee Kortes boast an impressive touring and recording history, both individually and together, working with legendary artists and releasing original music that has topped critics’ picks and radio playlists both nationally and internationally.

Perhaps Rolling Stone said it best, proclaiming "the bright bite in Kortes' voice combines the high-mountain sunshine of Dolly Parton with a sweet-iron undercoat of Chrissie Hynde”. The New York Times adds more praise, describing her songs as “so meticulously crafted they sound completely natural.” The Village Voice has agreed, calling her “a masterful songwriter”.

Kortes has released four CDs of original compositions under her performance name “Mary Lee's Corvette,” all to international acclaim and all landing on Billboard’s “ten best records of the year” in their years of release. She also released one album of covers—a complete, song-for-song recording of Bob Dylan’s classic Blood On The Tracks. A worldwide sensation, the record earned four stars from Rolling Stone for its “quietly direct magnificence.... Dylan likes this album so much he's featured one of the tracks on his web site.” Having toured the world both as a headliner and opening act for such luminaries as Bob Dylan, Steve Earle, Ian Hunter, Joe Jackson and Los Lobos, Kortes is joined by the late, legendary producer Hal Willner (Lou Reed, Lucinda Williams, Marianne Faithful) on her newest album, a song cycle entitled The Songs of Beulah Rowley to be released as a double vinyl album in April 2023 in conjunction with Record Store Day.

Eric Ambel, guitarist, record producer and recording artist, was the original guitarist and co-founding member of Joan Jett and the Blackhearts. Ambel then founded roots rock pioneers The Del-Lords and The Yayhoos, has gone on to record and tour with Steve Earle & the Dukes, playing on the 2005 Grammy Award winning record The Revolution Starts Now. Ambel has produced records by Nils Lofgren, Sarah Borges, The Bottle Rockets, Emily Duff and Mary Lee's Corvette. Ambel's first solo record Roscoe's Gang was called "the record Keith Richards should have made" by Rolling Stone. Ambel’s latest record You Asked For It was released in 2022.
