Classic Whitney: Alive! the hit solo show from Broadway's Kevin Smith Kirkwood returns home to Joe's Pub with Classic Whitney - My Love Is Your Love! Now in its 11th year, Classic Whitney will celebrate the iconic 1998 R&B album that produced numerous number one hits, sold over 10 million copies, and was released as the diva’s fourth studio album. The set will celebrate that moment in time with tunes like ‘It’s Not Right, But It’s Ok’, ‘Heartbreak Hotel’, ‘I Learned From the Best’ and of course the title track ‘My Love Is Your Love.’ With appearances by guest stars Mariah Carey and George Michael, Classic Whitney - My Love is Your Love is guaranteed to give audiences more of the Classic Whitney they’ve come to love.

In CLASSIC WHITNEY, the legendary Whitney Houston has come back to earth, reincarnated in the body of Kevin Smith Kirkwood, to deliver a retrospective concert and celebration of some of her iconic live performances. Here, Whitney is backed by a full band and back-up singers (who also play her mother Cissy Houston, brother Gary, and other key figures in her life) and musical director Drew Wutke. With a script constructed from bits of her live concert banter, and re-enactments of her live concert musical arrangements, it's the ultimate Whitney tribute from the ultimate Whitney fan.
