The Bangles reunited in the 21st century to release four more albums.
At 7 years old, John Cowsill began working in clubs, singing and playing drums with his brothers. The Cowsills became a worldwide sensation in the late 1960’s playing The Ed Sullivan Show and Johnny Carson Show programs both 3 times, The Johnny Cash Show twice, and enjoyed several Top 20 hits including “Hair” (#1 in four countries and #2 on US Billboard) and “The Rain, The Park, & Other Things” (#2 on US Billboard with over 3 million copies sold).

The Tall Pines:
“Connie Lynn Petruk and Christmas Davis are The Tall Pines – a duo who weld garage-rock, southern soul, swamp blues, and drive-in-movie sleaze into a bare-bones rock ‘n’ roll joyride. Think…a sound that’s equal parts back-porch and back alley.” ~ One4Review, UK
With Connie Lynn singing and playing drums on her alligator skin suitcase, while Christmas Davis conjures greasy, fuzz-drenched riffs from his guitar, their shows are not to be missed. The Tall Pines have played at The Stagecoach Music Festival, Edinburgh Fringe Festival, 30A Songwriters Festival, and on bills with Steve Earle, Nikki Lane, Kid Congo Powers, Norah Jones, Tav Falco, Justin Townes Earle, JJ Grey & Mofro, Alejandro Escovedo, The Lost Bayou Ramblers, and more. They are the Producers and Hosts of the popular live music series “The Tall Pines Revue” at Joe’s Pub, in New York City. With their new album “Tales From The Tall Pines” out in April on Declared Goods Records, Connie Lynn and Christmas are excited to share some brand new songs at The Tall Pines Revue. The Tall Pines play road-trip music for everyday life, juke-joint pit stops, and out-of-body experiences. We hope that you'll join us for the ride. "The Tall Pines are equal parts soul and twang, molasses and moonshine, sass and skill. The songs evoke the heyday of the country-soul hybrid without ever sounding unoriginal, a difficult feat.” ~ NPR Music
Bob Bert:

Julia Haltigan is a New York–born musician and storyteller, shaped by a Lower East Side upbringing full of artists, taxi drivers, and unforgettable personalities. Best known as a music artist, her work extends into film, immersive theater, and even a touch of clowning. In addition to releasing several records under her own name, she has appeared in the award-winning film La Cocina, spent years performing in the surreal off-Broadway hit Sleep No More, and brings a physical, slightly mischievous edge to everything she does. Her current project, Moon Radio—created with vibraphonist and composer Yusuke Yamamoto—is a dreamy, cinematic band blending moody vibraphone, vintage synths, and ethereal vocals into a transportive live experience. Think Martin Denny scoring a David Lynch dream sequence. Catch the full Moon Radio band at Joe’s Pub on May 29!
