The Unprofessional Variety Show brings an undisciplined, unrelenting, and unqualified cabaret-style night of performance to the back room of the Parkside Lounge four times a year.
2026 will mark the Show’s fifth year, and to celebrate the occasion, producer and emcee Maya Suess has invited a lineup of beloved performers to join her on the Joe’s Pub stage: Moe Angeles, Claywoman, earls2gearls, RuAfza and James Scruggs. Unprofessional regulars, such as pianist and faggotrist musician Klovis Gaynor will also join, as will Sculptor and performer Libby Paloma. We invite you to become one of our co-conspirators who comes through the portal with us four times a year. We promise there will be antics.
