Eleanor Dubinsky: Soul Tonic

Eleanor Dubinsky: Soul Tonic

April 16, 2022

“A multilingual musician who can capture the emotions and soul of a community in a song" (NPR), Eleanor Dubinsky is a vocalist, guitarist and cellist whose geo-fluid music embraces world-beats, jazz, and open-hearted pop. Eleanor sings in English, Spanish, French and Portuguese and performs with her six-piece band, featuring Latin percussion and Argentine folk instruments.

“A joyous, uplifting and deeply generous performance — just the tonic for the frayed nerves of many New Yorkers after another long winter in these parlous times. Go. See her. This is music as medicine for your soul.” - Tom Pryor (Songlines, Nat Geo Music)

Eleanor Dubinsky - vocals, guitar, hand percussion, cello
Mayra Casales - percussion, vocals
Frank Ponzio - keys
Michael O'Brien - bass
Benhur Oliveira - drums
