Storyteller and musician Dane Terry returns home to NYC to present an evening of his signature vignettes. Drifting between surreal, tender, hilarious and X rated, Terry's critically-acclaimed brand of music-theater is simultaneously intimate and cinematic, conjuring movie-like scenes with only his voice and a piano. He is a spellbinding performer, virtuosic pianist, distinctive composer and unabashedly queer wit. He also smells fantastic. Honestly, come for the smell, stay for the top-notch entertainment.
Dane Terry is a multimedia storyteller, composer and visual artist. As a performer of his own work he has toured all over North America, Europe and Asia. He was the writer, composer and lead performer of the musical fiction podcast miniseries Dreamboy (Night Vale Presents 2018). Works for stage include: Jupiter's Lifeless Moons (Commissioned, PSNY 2018) and Bird In The House (La MaMa 2015, Under The Radar Festival 2016). Dane was the 2016 recipient of the Ethyl Eichelberger Award from PSNY. As a visual artist he has exhibited and sold work in galleries in NYC and elsewhere and has sold over 300 paintings online.Photo Credit: Bobby Miller
