AUDIENCE MEMBER ONSCREEN PARTICIPATION/RECORDING NOTICE.
Please be advised that during the course of a performance/event, audience members may be asked to turn their cameras on, be visible onscreen by the rest of the audience, and be recorded. By attending this performance/event, you, on behalf of yourself and any minor accompanying you (collectively, “you”) consent to being seen publicly and/or recorded (or if you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained your parents’ and/or legal guardian’s permission to be present). By staying for the performance/event you agree to be seen by the rest of the audience, to have your environment visible in the background of your screen, and to be captured/recorded for promotional, fundraising, and institutional use by New York Shakespeare Festival d/b/a The Public Theater. Your entry constitutes your consent to such viewing by audience members and such capture/recording. You release New York Shakespeare Festival d/b/a The Public Theater and its affiliates, successors and assigns from any liability, claims, damages, costs and causes of action of every kind and nature in connection with your participation in this performance and recording.
