Health & Safety Policy Update

We are excited to welcome you back to The Delacorte Theater for our 60th Anniversary Season of Free Shakespeare in the Park. We ask that you read and understand the following when accessing tickets.

  • Effective April 19, 2022, The Public requires proof of a complete COVID-19 vaccination to enter The Delacorte and attend performances. This policy will continue until further notice.
  • Complete vaccination is fourteen days following a final dose of the Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, Moderna, or Astra-Zeneca vaccine.
  • We will accept proof of vaccination via Excelsior Pass, the NYC Covid Safe Pass, a copy or photo of your CDC vaccination card, and/or a copy or photo of an official immunization record from outside the United States.
  • Face masks are encouraged, but not required while attending performances at The Delacorte.
  • Public Theater staff and artists are subject to a mandatory vaccination and booster policy.
  • All policies are subject to change at The Public’s sole discretion and without notice.
  • Those that do not abide by any health and safety protocols will be denied entry or removed from the facility.

Lau Noah

Lau Noah is a Catalan self- taught composer, multi- instrumentalist and artist based in New York City. Noah has been praised by distinguished musicians for the astounding counterpoint work in her music. From Phoebe Bridgers to Jacob Collier and James Browne, Noah's music has been widely shared on social media
by the world's most renowned artists.

Noah performed a Tiny Desk Concert in February 2019 making her the first Catalan to ever perform in the prestigious series. She has worked on TV projects for Warner Bros and has scored numerous award-winning films. Her unique approach to music composition has made her a sought-after artist for workshops and masterclasses for several music conservatories and Ivy League universities all over the world.

Lau has played with musicians like Jacob Collier, Gavin Degraw and Chris Thile, with whom she recently toured in Europe and the UK as a supporting act. This fall 2023 she will be supporting Ben Folds on his European tour, playing at the Royal Albert Hall and other historic music halls. Noah released the first single of her record in May 2023 featuring Jacob Collier.
